Cooking Oven Temperature Converstions
With so many recipes online supplied by people from all over the world sometimes we may struggle with certain temperatures (celsius to farhenheit) etc. in the recipes
Hopefully this will make it a little easier for you:
For oven temperatures where recipes call for a slow or moderate oven etc.
Oven Temps Celsius Fahrenheit
Very Slow 120 250
Slow 150 300
Mod Slow 160-180 325-350
Mod 190-200 375-400
Mod Hot 220-230 425-450
Hot 250-260 475-500
Very Hot 270-290 525-550
The temperatures listed above are not exact and some experimenting maybe required - these are for electric ovens and may need to be adjusted for gas ovens.
